-OWO!!!!!!!!!! It doesn't mean anything.. but I can tell you how I thought of it! It was a long time ago.. on Myspace, it was popular to make your own anime character and roleplay with them, add friends, edit pictures, whore yourself, etc. At first, I had always been using unorginal characters.. Tohru Honda.. Kairi.. whatever. Then I realized that the original characters were much more popular than the unoriginal ones, so, I thought very hard on how to make an original character that was special to me.
Then I remembered this panda doll that my older brother had. His (it was a boy doll) name was Ookie. I really liked Ookie, but it was not mine. But my older brother knew I liked it. So every time I would cry for no good reason, my older brother would bribe me into shutting up by letting me hold the Ookie doll. This always worked. I would cuddle the Ookie, calm myself, then give it back.
So, that's where I got the name from. I created a panda-like character named Ookie, and since she is a panda, she was Ookie Panda. :3
